Two investigations of note were recently conducted by a lawyer in our office. One resulted in the dismissal of a human rights application at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Another resulted in the McMaster dean of students issuing 15 recommendations in regards to the organization of Welcome Week events for engineering students at McMaster University.
